I'm much like a butterfly just crawling out of my cocoon right now. I've had so many changes over the past few years that it's hard to believe I'm even the same person as I was say, 1 year ago, let alone 10 years ago. 

And, adding to that, I've been changed greatly by my new daughter and by my spiritual experiences.

Things I believe in: 
spiritual activism, advocacy, integrity, truth and hope.

One thing that's never changed about me:
I'm an eternal optimist who always stands up for the underdog.

I believe we are in the middle of a revolution, where we will see major shifts and changes in humanity.  Looking back, I think we'll see this time as much like the renaissance emerging from the dark ages.

I currently offer art and play therapy style 'playshops' for those traumatized in the workplace.  Many people develop emotional scars that they never recover from, not even realizing they've been abused to the extent that they develop Post Traumatic Stress or other mental/emotional injuries.  If you want to know more on this subject, feel free to check out my website at www.nobullyforme.org 

I am also a photographer who focuses on people and healing people through this art.  Many people who come to me have issues with how they look and find they finally see their own true beauty after a portrait, as that is what I specialize in capturing - their true inner essence and beauty.  I also have finally started my soul essence portrait work - something I've been wanting to do for several years… a combination of intuition, paint, passion and photography.  Truly a reflection of the divine self within.

I also offer spiritual counseling and coaching to help people find their true essence and passion.  Unblocking creative blocks and moving forward are two of my specialties - I know what it's like to 'feal the fear and do it anyway!'  :)
